Calendar Day/Week View updated to display Customer and LocationThe customer name and location display on the Day and Week views of the Calendar so that you can see who the work is for without opening the appointment.Updated Time Entries view to include Total Labor HoursTotal labor hours are now available on the Time Entries view and Appointment Complete pane. You can choose to view the current or previous week’s hours for the technician. You can only see the current week during on the Appointment Complete pane in the Time Entry tab.Attachments for Additional WorkThe ability to attach photos to additional work that synchronizes with Service Management has been added. XOEye equips field technicians with wearable technology systems that capture and share information. The technician can capture an image and/or video that is uploaded to the XOEye server. After uploading in the client, the unique hyperlink is copied to the Resolution Note. After synchronizing, back office users can view the attachment to the service call. Anyone with the unique hyperlink can view and/or download the images or video. The activities on the XOEye server are tagged with the call ID, appointment number, location name, and XOEye user ID. The hyperlink is available for 30 days.Enabled the use of Flexible Forms for Appointment Completion, Appointment, Customer, and Location windowsUsers can use Woodford’s Flexible Forms with the Appointment Completion, Appointment, Customer, and Location windows. A settings option has been added to enable this.Purchase Orders download to MT devicePurchase orders entered in Service Management at the service call level will synchronize as read-only to the technician’s device.Latitude and longitude information is now a two-way synchronizationThe coordinates are updated using the device’s GPS. The latitude and longitude synchronizes to Service Management.Job Appointment Summary Report We’ve added a Job Appointment Summary Report that is generated when a job appointment has been completed. This report displays the job, appointment, labor, and inventory information related to the completed appointment.
